Echocardiography plays a central role in the management of pediatric patients with suspected heart disease. In this two day conference we will review important concepts in pediatric echo, Conference highlights include:

This course is part of the core echocardiography conference series at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS) in Bangalore.
At the end of the program, participants will understand:
- How to acquire a complete pediatric echocardiographic exam
- Segmental approach to anatomy
- Simple and complex congenital heart disease
- Evaluation of shunt lesions, valvular regurgitation and stenosis, etc.
- Echocardiography in the cath lab for congenital heart disease
Who should attend?
Cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, and cardiac surgeons (in practice or in training). Cardiac technologists doing echocardiography are also welcome with permission of their HODs.
All conferences at SSSIHMS are free to all participants. Seats are limited and registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Registration includes course materials, lunch, and tea/coffee breaks.
